Adventure at The Ridge

The new Adventure Center will offer both indoor and outdoor spaces where neighbors can gather or host guests. It will be an active space, encouraging people to explore, learn and unwind. We’re planning a bird wall, a lending library, classes, and look forwarding to hearing what you’d like to see happen in the center.

Nature’s beauty at your doorstep

We’re making improvements to natural areas to expand wildlife habitat, improving trails  and adding seasonal color. Our 33-acres of verdant open space includes natural meadows, upland prairie, wildflowers and riparian habitats. Martin Luther King Jr. Park borders our neighborhood, offering softball fields, horseshoe pits, volleyball/badminton and spaces for dogs to be off-lease.

Reserve Your New Home

While we look forward to building finely crafted homes in the months ahead, the release of house design plans is postponed until early July because of the same COVID-19 delays we are all experiencing. We hope that you’re doing well during this challenging time. As soon as design plans are available, we will share them on our website and let you know they’re there. Houses will sell in the low-$400,000 range. Please email us and we’ll let you know when we have more information available.

Construction update

NW Ponderosa Ave. remains closed to through traffic while we complete improvements, including wider vehicle lanes, bike paths, curbs, gutters and increased connectivity to streets just west of NW Cassia Ct. Primary access to the Skyline West Development is through NW Fair Oaks Dr., which was extended to NW Walnut Blvd. last year.

Please use caution and drive slowly throughout the neighborhood for everyone’s safety as this is an active construction zone.
